過去Gigi Hadid透過打排球釋放她的攻擊性，如今則是透過拳擊，在紐約時，Gigi Hadid每天練拳擊，但當到其他地方無法練拳健身時，只好找其他的活動替代，「很多時候，即使人們沒有真正想過這點，我們穿高跟鞋走路，而伸展台實在是很長，光是在伸展台上走秀，就讓我的雙腿受到很好的鍛鍊了，這聽起來有點好笑，但卻是真的。此外，我每天早上會做很多的伸展，我在時裝週期間也會做很多的蒸氣浴和桑拿，以保持我的血液循環順暢，除了這些之外，瑜珈也很有趣，我以前會去跑跑步機，但對我來說，現在在巴黎要做到這些其實有點困難，因為行程實在太滿了，我的膝蓋也不是太好，因此最近我已經不太使用跑步機了，那也是為什麼我喜歡在較軟的地板上打拳擊的原因，這樣對我來說比較好。」
